A standoff at a home near Joyce St. and Kingsway has come to an end.
Police said they used flash bangs as well as an ARWEN projectile launcher during the incident, which lasted much of Wednesday night.
Earlier in the evening, neighbours told Global News they saw an ambulance leave the house and police then moved in.

A standoff ensued with police telling whoever was in the residence that their home was surrounded and they needed to exit through the front door.
Police entered the home at about 10:30 p.m. and conducted a search for the man believed to be inside. He was not located.
The investigation is ongoing and police continue to search for the suspect.
