A Connecticut woman called 911 after a pizza shop got her order wrong and allegedly refused to give her money back.
The woman, only identified as Ashley, is heard talking to a dispatcher about the March 20 incident, citing she ordered “half-cheese and half-bacon,” but instead they gave her a “half-hamburger.”
When she asked the store, Empire Pizza, for a refund, they refused.
According to WVIT News, Empire Pizza was willing to replace the order, however, Ashley had told them she had already eaten half the pizza.

The dispatcher, who was talking to Ashley, is heard telling the woman her call is not a police matter and that she should try working out her issue with the shop.
However, Ashley insisted the police should call Empire Pizza and tell them to give her money back, something the dispatcher said she would not do. But if the woman wanted, the dispatcher would call for an official to meet her at Empire Pizza to try and work something out.
Both Ashley and Empire Pizza refused to comment on-camera.
