Winnipeggers invited to share their ideas with the City for downtown bike lanes

WINNIPEG- If you’d like to ride your bike or walk downtown more, there will be a chance to share your opinions and ideas with the City of Winnipeg.

The City is inviting you to share your feedback on design options for the Downtown Bike Lane System and West Alexander Pedestrian and Cycling Corridor Projects starting Thursday.

Public events will be held at the Portage and Main rotunda and Forest Garry Place Mall Thursday afternoon and at The Forks on Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Winnipeggers can view the different designs, give their feedback and talk to the project team at the sessions.
