Popular dating app Tinder experienced some technical difficulties Monday, leaving some users in a swipe-less state of shock.

While some were left totally app-less, others were able to log in only to find many of their matches missing.

In the end the app got itself back up and running, with Tinder advising users to close and reopen the app to restore any lost connections.
