Talk of addressing Kelowna’s homelessness problem is nothing new, but there’s a new, revolutionary plan being discussed to put an end to the problem once and for all.
The movement is being led by Kelowna’s business community which is bringing stakeholders together with the goal of putting a roof over the heads of every homeless person in the city.
