PENTICTON–Penticton fire crews were called to a motorhome fire on Skaha Lake Road on Thursday morning, shortly after 9 a.m.
The motorhome was parked at Wright’s Beach Camp, and was a permanent residence for a woman and her dog.

They both managed to get out safely.
Two engines and six firefighters attended, and quickly knocked down the fire.
Damage to the motorhome was so extensive that a cause of the fire could not be determined.
Emergency social services were called to assist the woman and her pet.
