TORONTO — An unidentified 29-year-old man has died of his injuries after being shot in the head on a street corner in the city’s west end on Monday night.
Police responded to a radio call about a shooting in the Dundas Street West and Keele Street area just after 7 p.m.
A man was discovered on scene and paramedics administered first aid and said he was conscious and bleeding from the head after being shot.
An emergency run was initiated to St. Michael’s Hospital but he later died of his injuries.

The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
