A complaint against Fredericton police Chief Leanne Fitch has been dismissed, the New Brunswick Police Commission says.
In a release sent out Monday, the Commission says a discreditable conduct complaint was lodged against Fitch in January.

The complainant was attending Constable Campbell’s arbitration hearing on Dec. 16 and said Fitch’s behaviour toward him amounted to discreditable conduct.
Tim Quigley, a former RCMP officer, was appointed to investigate the allegations.
He found that none of the allegations held up and they have been dismissed.
