EDMONTON – Police in Edmonton have charged the father and an uncle of a five-year-old girl with sexual assault and child pornography offences.
Investigators say the alleged crimes took place when the girl was an infant.

They received information about the child porn last month and were able to identify the child.
Officers with Homeland Security in the United States helped with the investigation.
The father, who is 34, was arrested Thursday and the 36-year-old uncle was arrested last week.
Each man faces various charges.
