The man then gave the woman a bill and left.

Police say a 55-year-old Comber, Ont., man was arrested Wednesday night and charged with mischief.

OPP say Chatham-Kent police believe that this may not have been the first time that the man has displayed this behaviour and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
