Couillard cabinet shuffle
There were some big changes as Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard shuffled his cabinet Thursday morning, the first time since the Liberals were elected in April 2014.

The Office Québécois de la Langue Française (OQLF) issued a warning to the popular Burgundy Lion pub because of its English-only “recommended on TripAdvisor” sticker.
The blue sign, issued by the popular travel site, is located on the bottom of the pub’s window, right by the sidewalk.
