WINNIPEG — The annual Winnipeg police festive season checkstop program wrapped up and the names of those charged with impaired driving have been released.

The checkstop program started in December and ran throughout the month and into January including New Year’s Eve. A total of 56 people were charged with impaired driving around Manitoba.
