Vancouver police investigate the discovery of a body, say death not suspicious

There was a heavy police presence in Point Grey on Tuesday night as police investigated the discovery of a body.

Investigators were called out shortly after 5 p.m. on Tuesday to a home near West 11th Ave and Sasamat St.

Officers spent the evening at the home, combing for evidence.

Police say the death does not appear to be suspicious.

The investigation has been turned over to the BC Coroners Service.
