MONTREAL – If you have any redheads in your life, Jan. 12 may be a good day to show them some love.
It’s International Kiss A Ginger Day, a celebration that was started by Derek Forgie on Facebook in 2009 as a retaliation to Kick a Ginger Day, which was established in 2008.
“The latter resulted in numerous ginger kids being assaulted at school, stirring international outrage and condemnation,” stated the movement’s official site.
The rules for Kiss a Ginger Day are simple:
