A man in a wheelchair is lucky to be alive after he allegedly fell off a Toronto subway platform and landed on the tracks early Thursday morning.
The incident happened just before 1 a.m. ET. at St. George Station.
Two bystanders managed to pull the man to safety before a train arrived.

It’s unclear how the man ended up on the tracks but police and paramedics were called to the scene.
The man was treated for minor injuries.
