Before capturing the Canadian pop star’s attention, Mason made international headlines for starring in the mall’s Christmas ad campaign.
He’s also been posing for selfies with mall-goers like Bieber in support of Sick Kids Foundation, which raises funds on behalf of Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children.
For every selfie taken and posted on social media and accompanied by the hashtag “YorkdaleFashionSanta,” the mall will donate $1 to Sick Kids Foundation, up to $10,000.
