TORONTO — A 54-year-old man has been charged with theft after police allege he stole personal items from visitors at a neonatal intensive care unit waiting room at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital earlier this year.
Police said a “well-dressed man” walked into the hospital, located at 600 University Ave., and positioned himself outside of the newborn ICU.
