At around 2:50 p.m. on Nov.18, a 10-year-old girl was walking on Rainville Rd when a suspicious man approached her. The man was driving a white-panel van and asked her to get in the vehicle.

Police say the elementary school student was able to run away quickly and tell her family.

The suspect is described as a 30-year-old Caucasian male with black greasy hair and a goatee. He was wearing a navy-blue shirt with grey jeans.
