UPDATE: RCMP find both suspects in Red Deer stabbing

RCMP have arrested a 20-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman wanted in connection with a stabbing inside a Red Deer home on Oct. 28, 2015.

Zared Trey Saddleback was found at a home in Maskwacis Friday evening and taken into custody without incident.

Saddleback has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and two counts of failing to comply with recognizance.

Tara Lynn Lightning was found at a home in Wetaskiwin Monday afternoon. She was arrested with the help of Wetaskiwin RCMP.

Lightning has been charged with aggravated assault.

Alberta-wide warrants were issued Oct. 30 for Saddleback and Lightning, both of Red Deer, Alta. after a man was stabbed and suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The victim knows the suspects, who police said fled the scene before they arrived.

Saddleback is scheduled to appear in Red Deer court on Feb. 3, 2016. No court date was provided for Lightning.
