RCMP have taken the rare step of releasing video of a man charged with the murder of Taylor Van Diest in Armstrong on Halloween night.
The video is of 26-year-old Foerster returning from Ontario.

He is cuffed, and being escorted by an officer.
Police are hoping the video will trigger someone’s memory into Foerster’s whereabouts the day of the killing.
Foerster is facing second-degree murder charges, and facing charges in connection with a sexual assault back in 2005.
