St. Norbert Farmers’ Market heads indoors during winter season

WINNIPEG — The popular St. Norbert Farmers’ Market  is continuing throughout the fall and winter season this year and heading indoors.

The market has moved across the street to an indoor location at the Eagles Club starting Nov. 7.

It will be open every second Saturday throughout the fall and winter season.

More than 30 vendors will take part in the first weekend and have everything from vegetables to meat and baked goods and crafts.

Everything sold at the market is made, baked and grown in Manitoba.

Last year, the group launched its online market which allowed people to order local products for pick-up throughout the winter.
