Oilers recall LaLeggia, Pitlick from AHL; place Klinkhammer, Schultz on injured reserve

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Oilers recalled defenceman Joey LaLeggia and winger Tyler Pitlick from the American Hockey League’s Bakersfield Condors on Wednesday.

LaLeggia, 23, has appeared in six games with the Condors this season, posting one assist, 10 penalty minutes and a plus-two rating.

Pitlick, 23, has played in two games with Bakersfield this season. He appeared in 17 games with the Oilers last season, recording two goals and four penalty minutes.

The Oilers also announced they have placed winger Rob Klinkhammer and defenceman Justin Schultz on injured reserve.
