CALGARY – RCMP are calling for the public’s help in locating an armed and dangerous man, who is believed to have information about recent shootings in central Alberta.
Sylvan Lake RCMP said they are looking for 29-year-old Andrew Snow at a Tuesday afternoon news conference in Airdrie, Alta.
Snow is wanted on outstanding warrants for weapons offences related to another matter currently before the courts, as well as theft, possession of heroin and failing to comply to a court order.
Mounties said they believe he has valuable information about recent shootings in Sylvan Lake on Sept. 17 and Eckville on Sept 2.
Snow is described as six feet tall and 240 pounds, with brown hair and a written tattoo on the left side of his neck.
He is believed to be in central or southern Alberta, considered armed and dangerous, and should not be approached.
