Police release video of ‘serious assault’ at Oakville McDonald’s, seek 5 suspects

TORONTO — Police have released video of a “serious assault” on a female and two males at a McDonald’s in Oakville last week, in hopes of apprehending five suspects. 

Halton Regional Police responded to a fight outside of a McDonald’s located at 2510 Hampshire Gate at about 4 a.m. on Friday.

Officers located three people who had been assaulted after police said a verbal argument occurred with a large group of unknown males.

Police said one of the victims on scene sustained serious head and facial injuries and was transported to hospital.

The other two victims sustained minor injuries and all five suspects involved in the fight left the scene before police arrived.

Police described the five suspects as follows:

  1. Male, black, tall with a thin build, late teens-early 20’s, wearing a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt with a white undershirt, dark coloured jeans and dark running shoes.
  2. Male, black, tall with a thin build, early 20’s, with curly hair in a ponytail, wearing a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt with a white undershirt, and white running shoes.
  3. Male, medium complexion, tall, with short black hair, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black running shoes.
  4. Male, black, tall with a thin build, late teens-early 20’s, wearing a royal blue Blue Jays snapback baseball hat, a royal blue hooded sweatshirt with white lettering across the back “RIP TO”, black jeans and black running shoes.
  5. Male, light skinned black with a thin build, black hair in short braids, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with a white insignia on the chest, black running shoes with white laces.
