A Regina lawyer who has made a career of going after governments and corporations is in some trouble of his own.
The Law Society of Saskatchewan has found Regina lawyer Tony Merchant guilty of conduct unbecoming of a lawyer.

The society says on its website that Merchant is guilty of breaking a court order that required his firm to pay a court settlement.
It also says Merchant counselled one of his clients to defy a court order. No details about either incident have been released.
