Marijuana has always been been controversial and even more so when children are taking it, but that’s not stopping one Summerland family. We first told you a year ago, about how young Kyla Williams was being given medical marijuana to control her seizures.
Her grandmother, Elaine Nuessler was the leading the charge. Today, she says the results are remarkable, and so is the number of other families who are turning to cannabis for their kids. Kelly hayes reports.
(The family is holding a fund raising dinner and dance Saturday, May 23 at Orchard House in Penticton between 1 & 7 p.m.)
