When Louise Bonito’s children told her to use all her might to blow out her birthday candles, no one was expecting what happened next.
“They said, ‘Mom, make sure you blow hard,'” she told NBC Connecticut. “So, of course I went to blow, and my teeth came out!”
Video shot by Bonito’s granddaughter shows the 102-year-old New Haven woman taking a deep breath then exhaling only to have her dentures tumble out onto the table.

The entire room, including Bonito, bursts into laughter. She claims that she just didn’t feel like using glue on her dentures that day.
Much to the centenarian’s surprise, the video has since gone viral across the globe.
“My youngest son called me this morning. ‘Ma, now you’re famous in Italy.’ Italy! Well, I’m glad I’m bringing some joy to the world,” she said.
She is taking all the attention with stride.
“At least it brought people to laugh. There’s so much misery in this world, a little laughter will do them good,” she said.
