March 25 marks international waffle day and Prairie Sun Brewery’s chef Thomas Brown is celebrating with a twist on the classic waffle.
Brown’s two creations are waffle sandwiches, one a sweet Nutella bacon smore combination, and the other a Saskatoon berry chaumes cheese waffle sandwich.
