Police say the woman noticed a man following closely behind and crossed the street to get away from him.

He then called out to the mom and her daughter and when they turned around, he had his genitals exposed.

The woman said she shouted at the man to get away, but that he then took a picture of her and appeared to touch himself.

The man is described as white, in his mid-20s and about 5’7” tall. He has dark brown hair in a buzz cut.
