Congratulations to 16×9 Director of Photography, Kirk Neff, who was nominated for the 2015 Canadian Society of Cinematographers News Magazine Cinematography award.

Neff is nominated for his work on the 16×9 piece “Lev Tahor” where he and Chief Correspondent, Carolyn Jarvis, were embedded with the ultra-orthodox Jewish community of Lev Tahor for more than a week. Neff garnered exclusive footage of leaders and members of the sect.

Neff has won the prestigious award five times before, and recently won a Canadian Screen Award for his work in “Lev Tahor”.
