Edmonton woman finds unexpected surprise in bag of chicken wings

EDMONTON – An Edmonton woman got more than she bargained for in a bag of frozen chicken wings.

Earlier this week, Madina Majmedine as cooking the last half of a bag of Pinty’s honey garlic wings; she says some appeared to be bunched together but she didn’t think much of it until after they were cooked.

When she pulled the wings apart she discovered a fabric glove crumpled up and covered in sauce.

She says she’ll never look at chicken wings the same way again.

“My initial reaction was, oh my god, and the second reaction was, I’m going to be sick.”
“I’d like to know what happened? I think I’m owed that since I bought their product and I wasn’t expecting to get a glove.”

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is investigating.
