TORONTO – A 33-year-old Markham man is to appear in court next month charged with defrauding a senior suffering from Alzheimer’s.

Police say the 84-year-old man’s caregiver gained access to his bank accounts, bilking him of more than $100,000.

Dakila Calicdan is charged with one count of fraud over $5,000.
