SUMMERLAND – In October, Summerland RCMP began investigating a complaint of sexual exploitation involving a young girl.
Now a 38-year-old local man has been charged with multiple offenses.

Joshua James Roberts is accused of sexual exploitation, luring a child, possessing child pornography, invitation to sexual touching and assault with a weapon.
The offenses allegedly occurred in Summerland and Penticton.
Roberts has been granted bail with restrictive conditions and returns to court in January.
