VANCOUVER – Richmond RCMP is hoping the public can help them find the owner of a camera and camera card, which were turned in to them on Nov. 19.
The photos on the camera are of someone’s wedding. “Someone is missing these cherished pictures and we would like to reunite them,” says Cst. Tammy-Lyn Walker with the Richmond RCMP.
