VANCOUVER — The ghosts, ghouls and perhaps even the Quebec Carnival mascot were storming the streets of Vancouver today, in the city’s first Halloween parade and expo. The route started at Granville and Davie and the goblins ended up at Howe Street. Afterwards, the aliens, predators and celebrities from X-Files were on-site at a Halloween expo, at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.
