Former Diamond Spa employee speaks out and turns to police

LONGUEUIL – After working at Diamond spa in Dorval for close to 6 months, one employee is starting to worry about the company’s questionable business practices.

“She wanted everyone to sell, just what she cared about was selling and she promised that she will give commissions, she give no one commission,” said the employee who wants to remain anonymous, for fear of repercussions.

Dozens of customers and the former spa worker insist the owner owes them money.

Now with all four Diamond spa locations currently closed, at least one former employee is hoping police will step in.

“Someone has to stop Sanaz Noroozi because even if she close the spas she’s gonna open another one…All she does is frauding and lying and everything is possible from her.”

Global News has been covering Diamond Spa’s saga since it suddenly closed spas in Delson and Île Perrot in the spring.

The Dorval location has been closed since September and a note in the window “closed for the day” has been up for close to 2 months.

A source told Global News that the spa’s owner has been evicted from that location.

Several customers from the Greenfield Park location on Taschereau boulevard showed up for appointments at the spa on Tuesday, only to find out it’s currently closed for business.

“I thought they would have called us and say we’re doing something to the place, we had no phone calls no nothing,” said Louise Mongeau who had recently purchased 800 dollars in unlimited laser hair removal treatments.

A handwritten note on the door explains that it will reopen on November 5th but considering the spa’s recent history some suspect it may be closed for good.
