Mother charged after child brings over 200 bags of heroin to daycare

TORONTO – A Delaware mom was charged Monday after her four-year-old brought a backpack full of heroin to daycare and passed the drugs out to kids.

Police were called to the daycare centre just before noon after staff noticed children holding small bags containing a white powdery substance.

Police said the daycare employees took the baggies to a police station, where the contents tested positive for heroin.
