An autopsy determined that she had been strangled.

Investigators believe that the name Brent Stevens is a false identity.

Wednesday marks the 25th anniversary of Riegal’s death.

The investigation is still open, and police hope a tip from the public could bring closure to the family of the 19-year-old.
