SASKATOON – A man was taken to hospital in critical condition Tuesday morning after an incident at PotashCorp’s Cory mine southwest of Saskatoon.
The 35-year-old man received an electric shock underground.
M.D. Ambulance arrived at the site around 9:30 a.m.
Mine rescue workers provided initial treatment to the victim.
The man was taken to Royal University Hospital and his current condition is unknown.
The investigation is ongoing.
