FARNHAM – A man who was abducted from a hotel bar in Farnham has been returned safely, according to the Sûreté du Québec.
Around 12:30 p.m., a group of men entered the Hotel Montcalm in the Eastern Townships and began threatening the 38-year-old man.
The suspects allegedly grabbed the victim and forced him to leave with them.
They then threw him into a car and took off.
Provincial police are working to find out if the victim knew his abductors, but he is not cooperating.
