Trial delayed for ski coach charged with child pornography

VANCOUVER – A high profile trial was expected to get underway today in Vernon for a Seattle ski coach charged with voyeurism and child pornography. However, it has now been put over until the end of July.

Forty-three-year-old Jason Paur was arrested in December after being accused of recording his female students with a hidden video camera on a ski trip to Silver Star resort.

He is facing 10 charges in total and has been in custody since his arrest.

The trial is now expected to start on July 30.
