VANCOUVER – A judge has approved a class-action lawsuit against a Vancouver private post-secondary institution that was shut down in 2007 for violating government regulations. The representative plaintiff, Joseph Sembirin Brahmana, attended Lansbridge University and was among the 202 students who were unable to complete their studies when the institution was shut down in May 2007.
