The Calgary Police Service released surveillance video and photos of a man they wanted to speak with in connection to the attack, but after receiving tips determined he was under age 18. As a result he is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and the images can no longer be shown.

On Wednesday afternoon, officers arrested a male suspect without incident. Charges are now pending, and more information is expected to be released on Thursday.
