The suspect in the Yaletown shootings was supposed to make his first court appearance today but failed show up.
The court appearance had to be rescheduled as the suspect, Gerald Battersby, is still recovering from injuries he sustained during a shootout with police on Tuesday.
Police allege Battersby shot Reckless Cycles owner Paul Dragan outside his Yaletown store, before taking off on a bike to Science World, where the shootout with police occurred.
Battersby is charged with six counts of attempted murder.
Dragan also remains in hospital and is listed in critical condition.
