HALIFAX – A video released by the Halifax Regional Municipality shows a 3D concept of what the area around the current Cogswell interchange, which will be torn down, could look like when it is redeveloped.
The city says the model is based on municipal planning and market studies.

The conceptual model is expected to change as the design process continues.
In April, Halifax’s executive standing committee unanimously passed a proposal for getting rid of the Cogswell Interchange.
