Three students were taken to hospital in Lethbridge after their school bus was involved in a collision with a mini-van.
Police say the mini-van stopped for a yellow light and was rear-ended by the bus.
The bus was carrying twenty-six students and nine adults.
Three students on the bus received minor injuries.
Another three people in the mini-van also suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the school bus, 62 year old Barry Stephen Dobek has been charged under the Highway Act with following too closely.
