WINNIPEG – Police have arrested a man and a woman in connection to numerous thefts around the city.
The crime spree took place between March 17 and April 30 which police say had an impact on several large retail areas.
The suspects stole property from parked vehicles and would take off in stolen vehicles.
The suspects used tools to break into vehicles and caused extensive damage while stealing personal belongings inside.
Officers have arrested Chelsea Queskekapow, 25, and Donald Balfour, 29. They have been charged with more than 150 offences, which include Theft,
Possess Goods Obtained by Crime and Mischief in connection to their alleged involvement.
