TORONTO – There are five rules in the game of dodgeball, and assaulting a 12-year-old after being hit in the face with a ball isn’t one of them.

Dodge, dip, dive, duck, and dodge, the rules of the game taught by the movie Dodgeball, were broken during a match in February by a 27-year-old Milwaukee mother.

She was charged this week with criminal disorderly conduct after an altercation with a boy at an indoor trampoline park, according to WISN 12 News.

According to the ABC affiliate, Dominique Jude was hit in the face with a ball during a game of trampoline dodgeball. When her son was also hit in the face, she admitted to the news station that she got angry.

Witnesses told police the woman grabbed the boy and screamed expletives and  “was yelling for the other people in the dodgeball area to hit the child with dodgeballs in the face,” WISN 12 News reported.
