He went to dinner and disappeared.
Twenty-five-year-old Kellen McElwee drove away from a restaurant and was never seen again.
His car is all that was left behind, and police believe he met with foul play.
“The evidence to date does suggest that Kellen is the victim of murder,” says Integrated Homicide Investigation Team spokesperson Jennifer Pound.
McElwee was last seen alive on March 19, 2008 in Langley.
He was at the Keg Steakhouse & Bar on 202 Street.

At 8:30 p.m. he left in his car.
That vehicle, a 2006 grey Honda Civic, was found a few days later on March 25 abandoned in the 5100 block of Halifax Street in Burnaby.
McElwee is described as 5’10 and 220 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve fitted shirt, jeans and a brown leather jacket.
He has a black and white dragon tattoo below his left shoulder.
In a strange twist, police have also released surveillance video photos of a man in McElwee’s condo building.
He was wearing a fur trimmed hooded winter jacket along with a DC brand backpack.
