TORONTO — Paul Simon found himself in troubled waters on Saturday night.
The 72-year-old singer and his wife, singer Edie Brickell, were arrested following what police allege was a domestic dispute at the couple’s Connecticut home.

Police were called to the New Canaan home shortly before 8:30 p.m.
Simon and Brickell, 48, were released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday.

The couple has been married for 22 years.
